These versatile instruments provide calibrations from 1-30 inHg vacuum (0.03-1 bar) and 3-500 psi (0.2-35 bar) in one extremely accurate yet easy to use primary standard. A selector valve converts the unit from pressure to vacuum mode without the need to exchange pistons. Units are manufactured to the highest standards with certified accuracies traceable to International Standards Laboratories such as the National Institute of Standars and Technology (NIST) These piston/cylinder type pneumatic standards provide excellent stability, repeatability and accuracy. An optional built-in hand pump can be added for both pressure and vacuum generation.

PG7000 piston gauges represent state of the art piston gauge technology today. PG7000 piston gauge models cover the entire pressure range from low absolute to 72,500psi. All PG7000 models feature microprocessor control with extensive on board software, real time ambient and operational monitoring and advanced automated features. PG7000, already the world's most advanced piston gauge, takes another step ahead with the introduction of AMH automated mad handling technology. With AMH, piston gauge operation can be fully automated and the entire calibration process can be automated in combination with COMPASS for Pressure Software. AMH delivers metrology improvements in addition to huge productivity gains. The AMH system is a PG7000 accessory and can be added to existing platforms or ordered with new installations. Two models are available to cover the complete PG7000 line of gas and oil operated piston gauges including absolute mode with a vacuum reference.

Introducing a better way to calibrate high pressure hydraulic gauges. E-DWT-H is a modern alternative to the conventional hydraulic deadweight tester. It is designed to provide an easier-to-use portable instrument that is at home in the lab or instrument shop, as well as in the field performing insitu calibration and test. The E-DWT-H's electronic reference pressure monitor can be configured with one or two internal ranges from 7 MPa (1,000psi) to 200 MPa (30,000psi). With two internal ranges, the E-DWT-H provides uncertainty of -+ 0.02% of reading from 1 to 100% of full scale range.
E-DWT-H features eliminate the need for weights and the associated handling chore, possible errors and shipping costs. With E-DWT-H there is no need to measure ambient conditions and piston temperature, to know local gravity when trying to accurately measure pressure or to ensure that the unit remains levesl. Electronic output allows for active pressure display, unlimited pressure resolution, AutoTest calibration routines, real-time automated data collection and customized report generation. A rechargeable battery pack accessory allows for up to 8 hours remote operation.
