PVC Flow Meters & Switches – For Water or Corrosive Liquids

Orange Research has been a supplier of PVC flow meters and PVC switches for water and corrosive liquids applications for over 20 years.  Now they’ve expanded their line to add more features.  The primary wetter parts are PVC, Teflon for compatibility with water and liquid chemicals.  They’re perfect for difficult environments where aluminum, stainless steel or bras are not appropriate.

The model 2221 and 2321 variable area PVC flow meters handle flow ranges from 0-1 to 0-10GPM.  Other ranges are available upon request.  The PVC bodies handle up to 200 psi pressures.  Metal pressure bodies are optional to handle up to 3000 PSI line pressures.

The dial are made form durable ABS plastic, measure up to 3.5″ diameter.  Switches are standard options to alert users of alarm conditions and transmitters are also available upon request.  Accuracy is 2% F.S. and each unit is calibrated to NIST standards.

The units come with 1/4 or 1/2″ FNPT process ports.  Standard Calibration is on water.
